Clean up duplicate CRD files

In #12 we reorganized the code but there are still some artifacts left over and this is making it confusing to update things properly in this repo. This issue is done when any duplicate CRD build and/or source not needed after the update in #12 is removed.

I'm pretty sure the entire clusterproperty/ directory can be deleted now. As long as we can confirm that the api packages like v1alpha1 are still importable into other go code, AND that we can generate the CRDs with the make tooling, even when clusterproperty/ is deleted (may need to change the makefile if it's out of date), then that should be good.
