RKUSBLoader: add VID/PIDs for RK3562 and RK3506

The filter match list for RKUSBLoader do not include the VID/PID pair
used by Rockchip RK3562 or RK3506 SoCs.

Add the missing VID/PID pairs for RK3562 and RK3506.
