how do I run the program? #4

I'm fealing dumb im trying to run the program after installing it but I'm having trubbles. I have dryed dubble clicking on the .py file, putting the path of the .py fime in cmd, and cd to the folder then telling it to ruun the file. most of the time a comand line appers befor imiditly closing the most infomation i have goten was "No pdf files to convert End of the program." i have fallowed the directions on making a folder for the pdf and mp3 in the same folder of the .py file but i cant get it to run. cold someone tell me what im doing wrong I'm lost.
