Missing: Xcode project

Required to build a SDL3_net dmg, providing a xcframework for (most) Apple platforms.

I don't know how to do this, beyond just clicking "make a new project" and adding the .c file to it, but I don't know how to actually set the thing up correctly beyond that, and there are like 17 million important settings. Is it feasible for me to just copy the Xcode directory from SDL_image and rename things, or something?

Ideally, the project should behave identical to the ones in SDL_(image|mixer|ttf).
So you can copy those and modify them for SDL_net.

For the release, it would need to build a dmg when running:

xcodebuild ONLY_ACTIVE_ARCH=NO -project xcode/SDL_net.xcodeproj -scheme SDL3_net.dmg -configuration Release

This is the command run by:

python build-scripts/build-release.py --actions dmg --force --debug

(build-scripts/release-info.json might require changes for SDL3_net)
