Rendering is bad when fallback font is used

Version: 3.2.2
The rendering is bad when fallback font is used on Windows. The main font is consola.ttf and fallback font is msyh.ttc.
Rendering text is "Hello 你好!". The result as below:

It's not aligned properly. This is the expected result:
