Doesn't play nice with tiling compositors

I'm also trying to use sticky with sway, and I still get an extra window with "Notes" title.

I have waybar, which supports tray icons, nm-applet, blueman etc. all work but I don't see sticky icon even with the option enabled.

Also would be super nice if it could remember/restore window/note positions (workspace and position).

Yeah, I don't imagine it would work well with a tiling window manager, and it would probably be a huge challenge to get it working properly (plus the extra overhead in maintenance and development required to support two very different windowing paradigms). I don't know if this will be addressed soon (if ever).
