docs: Consolidate documentation into single README

- Merged test results from TESTING_RESULTS.md into README
- Removed unnecessary markdown files (PROJECT_COMPLETE.md, PUBLISHED.md, TESTING_RESULTS.md)
- Added comprehensive test results table to README
- Keep only README.md as the single source of documentation
