cant install on my computer for version 5.1 but can for 3.01

I tried to install the GUI version 5.1 but cant manage to install it and it happens to my friends other computer also. My computer is running on windows 11 and my friends one is running on windows 10. May i know any solution for this as i need the macro support on 5.0 for my project. Thank you

Do you get any error screen? Will it possible to share a video of the installation process ?

this is the screen I stuck everytime I proceed to install. I just run the installation normally. It is located in Program X86 folder. It is all normal for 3.0.1. I checked the log for Ms installer when install, no error occurred. And when I want to cancel the installation, it just cant be cancel. I closed all my antivirus and windows defender also. Can you place the installer in other folders like 'Desktop'/'Downloads' and retry the installation ?
Will you be able to run the installer as administrator ?

I tried to place it in other folder as well and retried the installation. I cant run it in administrators. May I know if there is any legacy or newer versions for this? Maybe I can try 5.0 instead of 5.1? Thanks 😊 @ljnath

Can you try installing to a different drive suck as D:
If you have a single drive, can you try installing to a different directory such as c:\GUITTAM
