Automate test creation

This issue is to automate the creation of a portion of the remaining offload test suite tests. We can modify the previously created python script to automatically generate the files for these tests, then manually write the inputs/outputs.

Remaining functions we can probably do:
normalize, all, asdouble, any, select, lerp, step, pow, cross, atan2, reflect, smoothstep, fmod, asint16, asuint, asfloat, D3DCOLORtoUBYTE4, asuint16, clamp
