Allow "open saved chat note" in the Chat History picker

It's quite hard to find a saved chat note because

1. we disabled the auto opening of the note on chat save, this was a user request
2. the saved chat can have an AI-generated title that one may or may not see clearly in the sidebar

The current Chat History picker is just a fuzzy search bar. If we can add a button "open note" on each entry in the Chat History picker, it's easier to go and check / edit that note.

Here's the user feedback

Perhaps we could add a "open saved chat" not only on that Chat History picker, but in the chat UI itself. The user mentioned A little title field (editable) above the chat (where you write) could work well maybe. If that's to be added we have to spend new space for it in our already tight Chat UI. I'd like to make the design minimal though. Any better ideas?

I have 2 ideas.

1. implement Full-Text Search with Snippets

• full-text search: maybe we can leverage the index-free search of copilot?
• search result should include a brief snippet of the conversation

2. Pop-up to user the title when saving a conversation

• AI pre-name the conversation
• user can change it if needed

I personally prefer the option 1. With option 2 the searching issue might still persist.

@logancyang We can refer to the implementation method of cursor. It be opend the popver by clicking on the history icon. Maybe I can implement this feature.

1. Chat history is divided according to the temporal dimension.
   • User can easily find chat history based on time.
2. User can edit title in the popover.
   • It can be found through a search.
3. It does not occupy additional space while resolving the current disjointed feeling of the history modal opening in the middle.

I see. You can't really modify a title rn. Can you create a separate issue and assign to yourself if you'd like to take it on?
