feature request: add filter for suspended users in get users search queries #7816

What problem did you meet?
Currently, Logto only supports advanced user search with specific fields: id, primaryEmail, primaryPhone, username, and name. The isSuspended field is not included. In some cases, it would be useful to query all suspended users or filter out suspended users.
