create per job config files including no_run tests if any and keep it as part of test result

Based on discussion with @sathnaga the files that need to be logged into result folder are:

test configs
input file
no_run config
wrapper_log

@sathnaga I assume you only want
/root/sim/tests/config/tests//guest/libvirt/<test>.cfg for guests. Please let me know if more files are needed to be logged.

I guess we have a variable to track the config path and we can use that?

That was not readily usable for hosts, so made some changes.
Please let me know if the same works for guest.
