Authentication Broken on Web (vscode.dev / github.dev)

Problem

The authentication is broken on web (vscode.dev / github.dev)
Clicking on the "Sign in" button doesn't do anything
Also, the commands in the command pallet show an error (not only with the sign in command btw)

Reproduce

1. Go to vscode.dev / github.dev
2. Install and Open GistPad
3. Click on "Sign In"
4. Nothing happens

There is a browser window that should open when you try to connect. It will ask to continue with the signed in github user. Close your vs code windows, THEN hit continue on the browser page (you may have to click use a different account and sign in to github that way). Now open up vscode and viola. This more or less is what I did to get it to connect. Good luck.

I'll have to take a look at this and see what's happening. Now that I've built https://gistpad.dev, I've been using that as my main web client (and mobile), and so I haven't personally used GistPad in vscode.dev / GitHub.dev in a long time.

So something must have changed in the auth APIs in the VS Code web clients, that GistPad needs to adapt to.
