django 5 support

It appears that the filter does not work properly with django 5.

@jacobwegner has a branch that fixes the issues, although it should need some version conditionals to maintain compatibility with both django 4 and 5.

hey, here I can not promise you anything. Anyway, maybe you can check https://github.com/unfoldadmin/django-unfold which already contains these filters ported for 5.x

Hey, thanks for the prompt response! I'll take a look on django-unfold for future consideration.

For now, I'll pick up the changes from @jacobwegner 😎

I will try to make a PR with the django 4 conditionals added in the next couple of days for everyone else's benefit.
