Click to toggle folds after loading session

I suspect that this is not a statuscol.nvim issue but I'm not sure, since statuscol does define the click handler for the folding column as `"v:lua.ScFa"`. If I save and then restore a session the behaviour changes so that clicking on the fold only ever closes the fold, it won't toggle it back open. This occurs even if I exclude folds from sessionoptions. Has anyone else had this issue?
