Allow resuming scrolls from ID #7
Description
The old escp version allowed resuming via setting a scroll ID. I don't think it was implemented correctly, but the idea is nice.
The main function should log the last used scroll ID when a signal is received. The scroll ID could then be passed back into escp to start up from that last point. Some duplicate copying would occur, but better safe than sorry.
