Crash on startup

Equipment: MacBook Pro M4 Max
System: macOS Sequoia 15.4.1

Dowload from brew

It crashes at startup, as shown in the figure:

But when I run it with sudo the program starts successfully

Can you doublecheck that you can create files in the home dir?
Can you also check if there already is a config file at ~/.mac_cleanup_py and what permissions does it have?

I can create or delete anything in the home dir.
I checked the .mac_cleanup_py file using ls -l, and the result is as shown below

The problem might be on the owner, this file belongs to root instead of the user (myself)
