Add speech to text support for recording notes

Expected Behavior

The user can add notes using speech to text(one needs to use speech to text APIs such as Web Speech API for this)

Current Behavior

There are only text notes as of now

Possible Solution

There can be a different button to add audio notes

This is just an enhancement
