Properties in xls document dont get converted

When openeing converted xls (to xlsx) document.
This error is produced:

Clicking repair result in readable file, just the properties of the document are removed (author and such)

Thank you for reporting this error, it is now fixed in the latest version (0.9.0). However, many properties such as author have never been supported, I will keep this issue open as a reminder to implement these.
