New Data Arrays

There will be three new arrays for x, y, z axes, each array corresponding to 'projects', 'people', and 'insitutions', following the next:

• a) the index under 'name' will be stored as a node on y-axis
• b) indices under 'projects' will be stored as nodes on x-axis
• c) indices under 'institutions' will be stored as nodes on z-axis
• d) repeated indices will be stored as the same node (but with multiple links, not sure if this will work)
