Provide a Flutter Devtools extension

After seeing a couple of the existing devtools extensions in action, I thought that it would be really great to have an extension for async_redux.
Have not looked at the other implementations yet.

Ok, but could you please give me some more details? Devtools to do what exactly? What features?

I was thinking something similar to what the provider package is doing, but not completely sure yet.
Some ideas:

• the whole state tree?
• active store connectors and their current state
• actions and their payload
