Add sticky border div/spans to top/bottom/left/right of TemplateWrapper #42
Description
The previous border method doesn't work anymore and would break the Wrapper layouts. Instead add transparent border divs or spans to everything surrounding the PageWrapper when menu is closed, and replace the right border element with Sidebar when menuVisible.
