Feature request: Sync via GIT

I would like to be able to share snippets via git(hub) between multiple pc's.

Sync the synchronisation between locations with git is delayed (compared to dropbox etc), my initial idea was to have multiple pc's save their db.json into The same git repository, but in a different location. And then create a Python script which merges all JSONs.

However, the new V4 masscode has database files and this might be more problematic.

Is this a feature which could be considered?
Or are there perhaps other workflows that can achieve the same goal?
Are the database files accessible from Python or perhaps in and exportable from CLI?
