Update all existing records for MP on OSTI

• Update the description field for all existing records using most up-to-date robocrys description
• Update the field for all existing records that should link to MP's how to cite: https://next-gen.materialsproject.org/about/cite
• Ensure all existing records have all required fields needed on OSTI's end
• Update MP's metadata tracking collection

• Research if we can add more data to OSTI's records to make MP's entries more complete
