Is this project still in development?

Interested in using this library as it seems to be very comprehensive.  However, it seems to have stopped development - is it still being maintained?  For example, the ability to add user-defined functions seems to be broken, and a suggestion for a fix has been provided, but there does not seem to be any activity or feedback.
