Create iolist version of `marked` and `numbered`

`marked` and `numbered` use string concatenation a lot, especially after we merge #5. An iolist version of these functions would alleviate these costs somewhat and be useful when the project is used in a IO heavy setting.

This issue is mainly here as a reminder for myself to add this after #5 is handled.
