Integration of App Store Connect API

Apple releases it App Store Connect API: https://developer.apple.com/news/?id=11022018

After the integration of this API into fastlane (fastlane/fastlane#12713), the template will be updated.
It will replace the username and password environment variables (FASTLANE_USER, FASTLANE_FASTLANE_PASSWORD) for the App Store Connect user.

I can use the API but do not seam to find how to updload an ipa. Anybody else more luck?
