"No MCP Servers" message is incorrect

Upon first sign-in, when there are no MCP servers configured the prompt says:

> You haven't configured any MCP servers yet. Click "Create MCP Server" to get started.

There is no "Create MCP Server" button/link to click. Presumably this should say "Add Server".
