[Feature] Enhanced UX for faster setups

IDEA: The following list is some simple improvements that collectively will speed up the avg setup of MetaMCP greatly.

Just think of the time savings for PlayWright alone!!!

Suggestions:

Bulk Tool Management

These will facilitate less tedious management of enabled tools, also ability to scale across multiple installs, sharability etc.

• Support regex search patterns
• Select All style checkboxes on left
  • MUST respect the search results, facilitating rapid tool disable/enable
• Bulk Toggle control (On / Off)
• Export Tool List Button (to json array)
  • MUST respect the search results as well.
• Import Tool Selection (from json array)

Namespace/Endpoint Management

These speed up things greatly once you already have one or 2 set up and new ones need to be similar but unique.

• Clone option to quickly make a copy, no more starting from scratch to change 5/150 tools.
