Open a support thread in the Steam Deck Homebrew server for more consistent support?

Hello, the title should be self-explanatory, but most Decky plugins have their own support thread in the SDH server. Save Manager is one of the only plugins that does not have a support thread, so it would be nice if you could open one for better communication between developer and user. Even when you're away, some other users could help provide support if possible. @metehankutlu
