Silent failure when generating classes from UBL-Invoice-2.4.xsd

getting empty out folder and no errors in console

Try the -v option and check if there are any errors. I'm getting 429 Too Many Requests when trying to repro which probably occur when recursively fetching included schemas. If you get those, too, try mirroring the schema locally.
