wc plugin needs updating

This place still gives the wc plugin as version 1.1.0, but there's a 1.2.1: https://github.com/adamnpeace/micro-wc-plugin/blob/master/CHANGELOG.md

Is it still necessary for this plugin to be hosted here instead of linking adamnpeace's repo from channel.json?

As a workaround, I ran cd ~/.config/micro/plug (or wherever your micro config is) rm -r wc, git clone https://github.com/adamnpeace/micro-wc-plugin.git and mv micro-wc-plugin wc. It's not ideal, but I don't think it messed anything up.

I've updated the wc plugin and pointed it back to the micro-editor/updated-plugins version since it looks like adamnpeace is not available to update it at the moment.
