Option SetNotNullableIfMinLengthGreaterThenZero not implemented to NSwag

Will the flag SetNotNullableIfMinLengthGreaterThenZero also be implemented to NSwagFluentValidationRuleProvider.cs ?

I am seeing it present for other generators, but looks like it is missing for NSwag option.
