[Bug]: Export as PDF not working as expected

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Home'
2. Click on 'Code Review'
3. Select a selection and submit for review'
4. Once the review is completed, when we click on PDF - it mails the PDF but not all the results only the content on the screen is provided

Expected behavior
PDF option should include the results fully listed, recommendations link
