In a recent ICM the customer's setup was broken and NC couldn't properly communicate with the hosts due to the host id registry key in HKLM:\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\NcHostAgent\Parameters\HostId being incorrect.

Describe the solution you'd like
I'd like the module to validate that this key is correct in the debug-sdnfabricinfrastructure cmdlet. If this key isn't correct then NC can't properly manage the host.
