- I created the bot using the Developer Portal under Bot Management.
- I want to use Bot Builder features to develop the application, and I don’t want to depend on the Azure Bot Resource.
- Is it completely free to use the Bot Framework's Bot Builder library without the Azure Bot Resource, and can we still publish the same app to the Teams Store?
