Suggestion: Provide English Transcript or Improve Korean Subtitles

I'm frustrated because the Korean automatic subtitles in the course (generative-ai-for-beginners/translations/ko/00-course-setup/README.md) are often awkward or incorrect due to machine translation. This makes it difficult for Korean learners to understand the content accurately.

Describe the solution you'd like

1. Provide the original English transcript for each lecture so learners can reference or translate accurately.
2. Implement a community-based workflow that allows learners to suggest corrections to Korean subtitles.

Describe alternatives you've considered

1. Manually correcting subtitles individually, but this is time-consuming and not scalable.
2. Relying on external translation tools, but these often produce inconsistent results.

Additional context
Providing both English transcripts and improved Korean translations will improve accessibility for Korean-speaking learners and encourage community participation.
