Problem with npx react-native init projectXXX after resetting computer

I had to reset my computer due to problems in android IDE. After reinstalling all my tools, react native no longer works correctly when i type npx react-native init (project XXX) in my command prompt. I have tried inserting C:\Program Files\Git; C:\Program Files\Git\bin in my environment variables, installed git and sourcetree and the error persist. What might the problem be? Before resetting my computer, I didn't have this problem. I'm inserting the screenshot so anyone is clear of the problem.
