There is no "Azure" activity log when swapping deployment slot

Repro Steps:

1. Create a web app
2. Deploy a project to the web app
3. Create a slot for the above web app
4. Deploy a different project to the web app
5. Right click on the slot and select 'Swap Deployment Source'
6. Check whether there is an "Azure" activity log when swapping deployment slot

Expect:
An entry should appear in the Azure Activity Log indicating that a deployment slot swap has occurred

Actual:
No entry is recorded in the Azure Activity Log. Only a single notification message is shown
