Interactive Python Plot tab keeps resetting pan position when changing zoom levels

• VS Code Version: 1.105.1
• OS Version: Windows_NT x64 10.0.26200 (Windows 11 25H2)

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Plot something on matplotlib on interactive Ipython display or Jupyter Notebook
2. Click expand image
3. On Plot visualiser tab, is very difficult to navigate with pan and zoom, whenever zoom level is changed, position is reset and there are no scroll bars to help keep track of panning and allow for finer control, nor zoom level bar/indicator.
