Support NAND bootstrap for non-EU regions

Currently, NAND bootstrap will generate a `SecureInfo_A` file that's hardcoded for the EU region. Instead, the region should be copied from the title used for bootstrapping. This will also require adjusting the title IDs used in other parts of the bootstrap logic.

Overall, this should be fairly straightforward though.
