KnnGraphTester reports negative netCPU when computing exact matches

on the first run of some new configuration KnnGraphTester will compute exact matches to use for recall comparison, and cache them in a file with extension .nn. Subsequent runs with compatible parameters will reuse the results. Somehow in this first run when the exact matches are computed, the CPUusage computation gets messed up
