no http server

this demo have not a node extend http server (like koa) intergrated.
intergrated a node extend http server(koa) and using webpack-dev-middleware can't working.

You may have misunderstood the demo. It's replacing the server code itself. The server side code is bundled with Webpack and run with Node.js , and it benefits from HMR too.
