Hello. I'm reading code and trying to understand how would I implement voice capabilities here . Any advice ?

Supporting voice for 3G requires a media-gateway which will handle RTP streams, moreover there is no Call Control signalling stack implemented yet. On 4G, you need a full IMS setup for supporting VoLTE on top of the data connection.
