Exclude minecraft versions from mod searches #5058

Is your suggested feature related to a problem? Please describe.
When I'm looking to upgrade or downgrade into specific minecraft versions, it's very difficult to know what mods are exclusive to each version so that I can know what's unique to that version, or what hasn't been updated. I've looked into pretty much every single mod browser/app and there's just no version exclusion feature, so it would be pretty unique for Modrinth (and very appreciated).
Describe the solution you'd like
Just like how it's done for Loader and Categories, I would like to have that exclusion button available for the versions filter. A step further would be to be able to just focus on one or more versions so that mods that exist only in those versions appear, without having to exclude all the others, but I would still be happy with just the exclusion button.
