Tooltip in FlatList Occasionally Opens in Wrong Position (Top of Screen)

Current Behavior
The tooltip intermittently renders at the top of the screen, detached from the intended element.

Expected behavior/code
The tooltip should consistently appear near the targeted element.

I am facing this same issue on both Android and iOS. And for its not only about Flatlist, It happens in normal Views too.

My Env:
"react-native": "0.72.2" and "0.75.4" (In another project)
"react-native-copilot": "^3.3.3"
