Effect library with Named Resolvers

Does Morpheus support using an effect library with the Named Resolvers feature? After a few stabs at things, I'm not having any success trying to use Polysemy (though I think freer-simple would suffer the same issues) with the ResolveNamed based approach.

Not sure what I was doing before that went so horribly wrong, but the following seems to work:

instance Members '[...] r => ResolveNamed (Resolver QUERY e (Sem r)) (Query (NamedResolverT (Resolver QUERY e (Sem r))) where
    ...

If you care to avoid UndecidableInstances, you can replace the Members '[...] r => Sem r pattern with Sem '[<some fixed list of things, where order matters>]
