problem for windows OS #50

Hello
Thank you so much for you excellent tutorial/demo
But I noticed that for Windows 7 and 11, there is a problem in api-gateway services : connection with consul, log-stash, ect are refused!
There is also a problem with loading the good docker images for windows (service-one, service2, gateway) . I put this 'ARG arch=linux/x86_64'. I don't know if they are the good images
I'll appreciate your help to solve these issues.
