Play audio beep when user joins a chat #417

Feature Request
Whenever a user joins a chat, an audio beep should be played to notify participants of the new arrival. This will improve the user experience by providing an audible cue for chat activity.
Expected Behavior:
- Play a short beep sound each time a new user joins an ongoing chat session.
- The beep should not be disruptive or excessively loud.
- Ideally, provide a way for users to mute or disable this notification if desired.
Use case:
- Users are alerted to the presence of new participants, which is useful during collaborative or group conversations.
Notes:
- Implementation may differ for desktop and mobile clients.
- Consider accessibility and device compatibility.
