Node filtering based on attributes

All multinet visualizations should be able to dynamically filter nodes based on attributes.

In practice, LineUp uses a reasonable UI for filters.

Here's what it looks like for categorical values:

When a node is filtered out it should be removed from the visualization and only restored when the filter is changed.
